You are solely responsible for any NFTs you list, sell, or purchase through the Platform. ArtPal NFTs does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of NFTs listed by users. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain transactions on the Platform may be subject to fees, which will be clearly indicated. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their performance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, design, and technology, is the property of ArtPal NFTs or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtPal NFTs disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically.
